Welcome to FireHouse BBQ Food Truck.  We have been catering up some of  the tenderest, tastiest
 barbecue in Orlando and Central Florida area for nearly 12 years now. FireHouse BBQ began as a
couple of firefighters competing professionally across the country in 1996 to see how good our BBQ
really was.

In the process We won hundreds of awards through out the years including three State
Championships & and competed in World BBQ Championship held at the Jack Daniels distillery.
FireHouse BBQ has been featured in local and national publications around the world, and appeared
on Foodtv, Reggis and Kelly, and won the TLC BBQ Pitmasters best brisket and seafood. We strive to
bring all this same great tasting barbecue back to your plate.  

All of our meats are Upper USDA Choice or prime cuts. Our barbecue is made fresh the day of your
order, and slow cooked for up to 18 hours. We use seasoned Apple,Oak, Ga Peach, and Hickory
hardwoods. We use no MSG or any other funny sounding  chemicals. So try some of best in barbecue
