will make the pork melt in your mouth. Placed 5th in at the World BBQ
Championship at Jack Daniels.
Third Alarm: This is a combo of our award winning pulled pork and smoked chicken.
Four Alarm:   Slow cooked Prime Beef Brisket over mesquite for 18 to 24 hours. This beef brisket not sliced beef round. It is like
nothing you have had in the south! Award winning that took 3rd place at the World BBQ Championship at the Jack Daniels. Sliced or
Five Alarm: St. Louis style spare ribs that are dry rubbed and then slow cooked over cherry and hickory and bar-b-que chicken.
"The Worker" This one you might need to call in some more units in to help out. This is our sampler of all the Award Winning BBQ.
Pulled Pork, St. Louis Style Ribs and tender smoked chicken. This is the best of the best.

All above catering's include your choice of two southern sides below, sandwich buns, fresh
rolls and butter, pickles, FireHouse BBQ homemade sauces, and all paper products/utensils.
Everything you need to just sit down, and enjoy yourselves and your company. A 20% service
fee will be applied to all on site full service catering's.

We offer a full service catering or drop and go for smaller events. All drop and go require a
delivery fee.  Please allow at least a 7 day notice for all events. A deposit of 50 % is required
at the time your order. This will confirm your event date. Payment in full is due 3 days prior to
your event. Please go to our  place order page and fill all info so our event coordinator can
send you a detailed invoice on your event.
